Pumpkin French Toast
This Pumpkin French Toast is a cozy camp upgrade that comes together fast on a skillet or griddle. Thick slices of brioche, challah, or Texas toast soak in a rich batter complete with rich pumpkin flavors, then cook up golden on both sides. The result is crisp edges, custardy centers, and warm pumpkin-spice flavor that feels like fall in every bite. Serve hot with maple syrup, a dusting of powdered sugar, whipped cream, or a swipe of cinnamon butter.
