Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Brioche Bread
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, spices, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add butter and melt.
  • Dip one slice of bread into batter and soak for 10 seconds per side.
  • Place coated bread onto heated pan and cook for 2-4 min per side.
  • Serve warm with desired toppings. (Maple Syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar)
