Pork Stir Fry
This easy camping recipe utilizes ramen noodles and comes together so quickly. It can be customized with different vegetables to use what you have on hand.

- 1 small pot
- 1 saute pan
- 1 small bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork loin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup zucchini sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 1-2 ramen noodle packages
Instructions
- Cut pork into small strips
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar, and red pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a saute pan
- Stir fry pork in the oil for about 3 minutes, until no longer pink.
- Remove pork and set aside
- Stir fry zucchini and mushrooms (or whatever veggies you are using) for 3 minutes
- Add coleslaw mix and garlic to pan
- Stir fry for an additional 3 minutes
- Stir in soy sauce mixture and the pork
- Heat through
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, save seasoning for another use
- Drain noodles and add to pork mixture; toss to combine
- Serve and enjoy by topping with sliced green onions
