  • 1 Grill or Campfire

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups Corn
  • 1 cup Zucchini diced
  • 1/4 cup Butter cubed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup White Wine
  • Fresh Basil chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Spray foil sheets with cooking spray
  • Add gnocchi, corn, tomatoes, and zucchini to each packet
  • Add butter
  • Add minced garlic
  • Add salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste
  • Add white wine
  • Fold foil packets
  • Place on hot grill or campfire
  • Cook for 20 min
  • Remove from fire
  • Add basil and parmesan cheese
