- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Muffin Tin
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 dash preferred seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheese (guyere or havarti)
- ¼ cup mushrooms (chopped)
Instructions
- Mix eggs and cream in a bowl with seasonings
- Pour egg mixture into greased muffin tins (6 muffin cups)
- Add mushrooms and cheese and any other fillers of your choice to the muffin cups
- Bake at 365° for 20 min
- Serve with salsa and sour cream (if desired)
