Taco Salad Pasta
This is a great summer dish that we love to customize by changing the cheeses used and the ground meat as well. Sometimes we use ground turkey or lamb and incorporate gourmet cheeses like gruyere instead of cheddar. But the basic recipe is great on it's own because it has all the flavors of a taco, but in a different format. Taco in a bowl with pasta as the guest star.
