Ingredients
- 12 oz Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
- 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes diced
- 1 Bell Pepper diced
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Cut 2 large sheets of aluminum foil
- In a bowl, toss together sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Mix Well.
- Wrap tightly in foil
- Place foil packet over medium-hot coals or a grill
- Cook for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Open foil packet carefully, add cheese (if using) and let melt
